Ensuring the satisfaction of customers is the responsibility of the customer service coordination. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required to handle customer inquiries and complaints. They need to be knowledgeable about the products and services offered by the company so that they can give accurate information to customers.

A liaison between the customer and the company may be served by the customer service coordinators.
